Vince has a broad leadership background in business, not for profits and a variety of community and military environments. He served as a Regular Army Field Artillery officer for eight years achieving the rank of Major. His assignment highlights include the command and control of three mobile Pershing II nuclear missiles in Germany where he received the Army Superior Unit Award.  During the Persian Gulf War he commanded a 24th Infantry Division field artillery battery and was awarded the Bronze Star.
